Tribeca · 5th floor · 393 Broadway
The Penthouse Gallery Loft
The top-floor cast iron loft. White gallery walls, refinished hardwood and daylight.
From our scout
- Gallery walls are ready to hang. Ask about mounting and paint touch-ups before the day.
- Top floor, so the hallway stays clear of other bookings.
- Reads as a gallery, a showroom or a clean apartment depending on dressing.
